Blog has a New Name - Don't forget to Update Your Link

As the title suggests, now the blog is called "Writer Revealed"

So don't forget to update your links to http://www.writerrevealed.blogspot.com/

I am sorry for the last minute change, it just sort of happened. I decided my website header didn't match the blog name, so I either needed a new name, or go back to original, and then I figured I needed a writerly name that could become a permanent fixture on this blog. So here we are - a writer revealed - very apt name, since this blog covers recording of my growth as a writer.

    I know, and sorry, just when you advertised my blog. OOPS! I do have a tendency to do things before thinking them through :P

    But at least this is the final name so you will never have to change it again. I think :-)

    and for your name, I always imagine you wearing this big, wizardy hat wile editing - goes with long hair ;)

    Hehe, no worries. I put both names in the post, so people who already read you will know who I mean. :)

    My editing hat is actually a trilby. I have a blog post about it (click the "What's With The Title" tag) ;-)

    Would this new link automatically show up with updates on people's dashboard? I assumed it would because the followers are still there. If not then I am buggered :(

    I took a leaf out of your hat - I created a new blog with old blog name, and posted about name change, so hopefully if anyone hasn't got updates, they should technically be able to go to that one.

    Oh well...what's done is done. Next time, I might think before I act - not bloody likely though ..haha..hasn't happened in a life time

    And I just went to check my dashboard after reading the comments, and there was a post from the lostwanderer5 blog that "This blog has moved to a new address." So I think you're good there...

    Nice! I like the new name. I did this too but didn't warn anyone and ended up changing it back, it messed up the google analytics too, the AW blogroll, the whole sha-bang. I'm sure you thought it out better than me though ;o) Love the new site, very nice!

    Thanks :-) Unfortunately I didn't think it through at all :P I changed it, and then I started thinking which meant doing some pretty fast work to make people aware.

    And that reminds me that I haven't changed it on AW yet :P
