  1. Thanks for popping into my blog and leaving a comment.
Looking at your reading list - I LOVE the Philip Pullman books and have re-read these at least 3 times, have read both HG Wells books and enjoyed them more than once, don't paritucularly like reading the Sharpes book but love watching Sean Bean in the tv adeptations (LOL), and plead ignorance to the rest...

  2. Lesley, thank you for stopping by. I love His Dark Materials too. I have read them, but listening to them in Audio was also fantastic experience.

As for Sharpe, I prefer the tv version too - because of Sean Bean of course ;)

  3. I read Invisible Man this summer (along with The War of the Worlds). HG Wells is very enjoyable!

  4. I'm all for the Donald Maass books. If you get the chance to go to one of his seminars - go. Expensive, but entirely worth it. YOu will come home and rewrite your entire novel for the better.

    Good teacher. Best of luck.

  5. shethinkstoomuch, I enjoy H.G. Wells too, though I prefer Time Machine the most of all his books.

Midlife, oh yes, I would love to go to Maass' workshop. Let's see if a chance comes up. How was your experience?
