Merry Christmas

I wish you all a Happy Christmas. From Christmas Day until 5th of January, I won't be online regularly, so at best there might a couple of quick posts. So wish you all a wonderful christmas and a Happy New Year.
Doing anything exciting? I will be at mother-in-law's on christmas evening, and then off to USA on 27th to see my parents. Tomorrow is last day at work until 6th, which is excellent :-) Though of course no rest for the wicked, as I still have to work on writing related stuff.
Looking forward to hearing about all of your christmas / new year plans.

  1. Can't wait to have you here in the USA. Not that I'll see you, but enjoy the getaway. I, for one, would love a merry old English Christmas.

    Happy travels and Merry Christmas.

  2. Awww..thanks Matt. That's so sweet.

I will have a merry old English Christmas with Christmas dinner (Veggie Burgers for me instead of Turkey), and those silly paper hats and Christmas Crackers too.

  3. Enjoy your time off! I'm just hanging with family :o) I work in the mall industry so I will be working. I did take off January 1-10 off, so that will be nice - I'll be hanging with my sis :o)

Have a safe trip to the states and a very Merry Christmas!

I have no real plans. Just a Christmas dinner and lots of time online on my webcam with my sweetie. :)

  5. Erica, thank you. Hanging with family sounds great. Enjoy your time off work in January.

    Adam,
Merry Christmas to you too. Where is Sweetie based?

  6. Sweetie is based in Canada, unfortunately. I'm heading over in May, but until then it's webcams and MSN. :)

  9. So jealous of an "English" Christmas. I have great pride in my USA, but am an Anglophile at heart. Maybe it's why I've set my last 3 novels in the Cotswolds, lol.

Had a good Christmas yesterday - lots of family time and catching up, with about 10 minutes of snow!! Everything went by way too fast, though.

Lost Wanderer - have a safe trip "over here" and a (late) Merry Christmas to you! (Or, as the Brits say, HAPPY Christmas!)

  10. Have a safe trip. I hope the security isn't too onerous. At least you're going somewhere. I posted about my airside airport signing tour on my blog so won't repeat here, but we spent a lot of time going through security at various airports!
    Happy New Year
